CPT Drives and Power Public Company Limited (the "Company") would like to inform that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders' Meeting No. 1/2022 dated 1 June 2022 of CPT-EEE Joint Venture Company Limited, which is the Company's subsidiary, Business type, Providing electrical system design contractor and installation services. Equity interest Owned by the Company 94.99%,resolved to approve the dissolution of CPT-EEE Joint Venture Company Limited

CPT-EEEJoint Venture Company Limited, the registration of the dissolution with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce was completed on July 29, 2022. And it had operated no business.However, the dissolution will not affect the Company's business operation.

In this regard, the transaction value is not required to be disclosed under the Notifications of the Capital Market Supervisory Board and the Stock Exchange of Thailand on disclosure of information and other acts of listed companies on acquisition and of assets
