CPI FIM SA (the "Company") - Change to the Board of Directors
Today, the Company's Board of Directors acknowledged the decision of Scot Wardlaw to leave the Board of Directors and resolved to co-opt Alfred Bradner to the vacant seat.
Scot served on the Company's Board since May 2020 as an independent director, and is leaving to pursue another opportunity.
Alfred is co-opted as an independent director until the next annual general meeting of the shareholders of the Company, which will be held in 2025.
"We thank Scot for his years of service on the Board and we look forward to welcoming Alfred with his wealth of professional experience," commented Edward Hughes, chairman of the Board of Directors.
After finishing his studies in business administration in Vienna, Alfred started his career in international tax advisory. Since then, he has been working in finance for more than 25 years and held management positions in fund management companies and international banks in Austria, Germany, Luxembourg, and Switzerland. Alfred is a resident of Luxembourg.
