COWEN GROUP INC Cowen Group, Inc. (“Cowen”) (NASDAQ:COWN) today announced that Andrew Charles has joined Cowen and Company’s Equity Research department as a Vice President to cover restaurants stocks. Mr. Charles is based in New York and reports to Robert Fagin, Cowen’s Director of Research.
“Andrew will deliver sophisticated insight to our clients and collaborate with the rest of our consumer research team,” said Mr. Fagin. “We are confident that Andrew’s capabilities will further extend Cowen’s deep experience in the restaurants sector.”
Mr. Charles joins Cowen from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he spent over six years on the restaurants equity research team. He holds a BBA degree from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and is a CFA® charterholder.
