Hemisphere Media Group and TLN Telelatino expand alliance to deliver more Spanish-language TV Channels to growing Canadian Hispanic Population

(Toronto) - Hemisphere Media Group and TLN Telelatino Network announced today at the NATPE Market & Conference that they will expand their collaboration in Canada beyond leading Spanish-language movie channel Cinelatino to deliver three additional Hemisphere Media all- Spanish language TV channels to the country's 1.6 million strong and growing Spanish speaking community.

The additional Hemisphere Media TV channels to be exclusively represented and promoted in Canada by Telelatino are:

CentroamericaTV, a general entertainment channel that features the best news (more than 40 hours of LIVE weekly content), entertainment, series and lifestyle programming from Central America, PLUS exclusive access to live coverage of the best Central American soccer tournaments with more than 100 soccer games a year from the national teams of El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, and Costa Rica.

WAPAAmerica, the cable-network arm of WAPA Television, Puerto Rico's #1 broadcast station. WAPA America delivers more than 75 hours a week of live, original news and entertainment programming from Puerto Rico, as well as exclusive coverage of the Puerto Rican Basketball League, the most popular sports league on the Island.

TelevisionDominicana, the go-to channel for direct access to the most popular news, entertainment and sports programming from the Dominican Republic, including exclusive carriage of the Dominican baseball league (baseball coverage 5 days a week during the regular season and playoffs).
