Internal promotions place two seasoned corrections professionals into leadership roles, enhancing CCA's real estate development initiatives and management of human resources.

Nashville, TN. -CCA, America's leader in partnership corrections, announces the promotions of Lucibeth Mayberry to Senior Vice President, Real Estate and Kim White to Senior Vice President, Human Resources.

Mayberry previously served as Vice President and Deputy Chief Development Officer, and White as Vice President, Correctional Programs.

"I'm extremely proud that we have tapped into the leadership talent within our own ranks with these promotions," said Damon Hininger, CCA President and Chief Executive Officer. "They have each demonstrated throughout their careers the ability to be forward thinking and with effective decision-making, benefiting our associates, government partners and those in our care."

In her new role as Senior VP of Real Estate, Mayberry will oversee the company's land acquisitions, real estate development agreements, facility-build projects and facility maintenance.

"Having worked along side the real estate team for many years, I appreciate the effort these professionals put forth each and every day," said Mayberry. "I'm humbled by the opportunity to take the lead in delivering high-quality and innovative solutions that impact the quality of life for our staff and the well being of inmates."

As its new Senior VP of Human Resources, Kim White comes prepared to lead her fellow associates with a focus on increasing employee development and championing diversity and inclusion initiatives.

"I have always viewed Human Resources as the "heart" of the organization," said White. "To that end, it's imperative to focus on making a positive impact on the well-being and development of all our employees, as well as working in close relationships with people across the organization."

White joined CCA in 2012, following a 26 year career with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP). There, she served as warden, regional director and as assistant director of the Human Resources Management Division.

Mayberry joined CCA's partnership development team in 2003, following a successful legal career. She has since brought the company many news business contracts and strengthened government partnerships.
