An unknown buyer acquired properties at 1560 A & B Cable Ranch Road, 1331 Ashton Road, 900 Elkridge Landing Road and Nottingham Ridge from Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE:OFC) during the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2016. Corporate Office Properties sold property at Nottingham Ridge for $12.2 million. Corporate Office Properties sold properties comprising properties at 1560 A & B Cable Ranch Road, 1331 Ashton Road, 900 Elkridge Landing Road and Nottingham Ridge for a combined value of $54.1 million.
