Convergys Jacksonville, NC to Participate in National Veterans Open House Day

(Cincinnati & Jacksonville, North Carolina; January 23, 2014) Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in customer management, is hosting a veterans open house for its contact center in Jacksonville, North Carolina.

Although everyone is welcomed to visit our open house, this event is targeted to veterans and military spouses.  In 2013, Orlando hired over 170 veterans and military spouses.
Interested candidates are invited to attend the career fair on Tuesday, January 28, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Convergys, 4329 Western Boulevard Jacksonville, NC 28546. Candidates may also apply online at http://careers.convergys.com.

New employees will provide customer service and problem resolution for inbound calls for a newly acquired line of business.
