The Board of Control Bionics Limited welcomed Professor Robert Heard as a new independent non-executive director. Robert is a distinguished medical practitioner and Professor of Neurology who brings a wealth of relevant knowledge and experience to its Board. Professor Heard replaces Lindsay Phillips, a long-term director of the Company, who is retiring in order to diversify the skill set of the Board and to achieve its goal of having a majority of independent directors.
