New York based production company Jigsaw Productions announced today that Stacey Offman has been hired as VP of Development & Production, and Dave Snyder has been hired as VP of Development.
Stacey will report to Jigsaw founder and President, Alex Gibney, and will manage Jigsaw's expanding production business and develop new documentary and feature projects.
With over fifteen years in the business, Offman has worked across both film and TV producing numerous high profile documentaries and non-fiction series across major networks: IFC, Comedy Central, F/X, History Television, OLN, Alliance Atlantis and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.
Stacey was Morgan Spurlock's producing partner at Warrior Poets (Where in the World is Osama Bin Laden?, What Would Jesus Buy? and30 Days for F/X). Prior to this, she served as supervising producer for Emmy-nominated Borderline TV and Head of Production & Development and senior producer at Academy-Award® nominated Paperny Entertainment in Vancouver, Canada.
Dave Snyder will report to Alex Gibney and is charged with developing and overseeing new television series for Jigsaw.
Snyder comes to Jigsaw from MTV, where he was executive producer on season two of World of Jenks.He has also run shows ranging from Moving Upon TLC to science series Dean of Inventionwith inventor Dean Kamen for Discovery Networks.
Snyder has produced, directed and/or written for many channels including HBO, NBC, Bravo, Comedy Central, Logo, A&E, and HGTV, and has created content for production companies such as @radical.media, Moxie Firecracker, World of Wonder, and Al Roker Productions.Past shows have included "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" and "Project Jay."

The new appointments follow Jigsaw's recent announcement that global entertainment company Content Media Corporation has invested in Jigsaw and is working with the company to expand its business.Jigsaw Productions has a robust slate of development projects in the works, including several non-fiction series and signature one-off documentaries alongside a host of fiction films and TV series. Jigsaw is currently in production on an investigative film for HBO, a Wikileaks film for Universal; Finding Fela (a documentary about Afrobeat pioneer Fela Kuti), a two part documentary on the band, The Eagles, and Park Avenue: The Story of Two Americas.
