comScore, Inc. (NasdaqGS:SCOR) agreed to to acquire cross-platform audience measurement services of Arbitron Inc. on January 24, 2014. comScore, Inc. (NasdaqGS:SCOR) entered into an agreement to acquire cross-platform audience measurement services of Arbitron Inc. on January 27, 2014. Federal Trade Commission approved the buyer on September 20, 2013. As of April 2, 2014, the Federal Trade Commission has approved the transaction and to enter other arrangements supporting the divestiture.
