(Alliance News) - CIR Spa reported that it purchased 1.6 million of its own ordinary shares between July 1 and July 5.

The shares were taken over at an average price per share of EUR0.5927, for a total value of EUR950,545.76.

As of today, the company holds 22.6 million of its own shares, or 2.2 percent of its share capital.

CIR's stock is in the green by 0.9 percent at EUR0.60 per share.
