Compagnie Financière Tradition SA Press release Consolidated revenue of CHF 1,017.5m in 2012


Compagnie Financière Tradition SA reported consolidated revenue of CHF 1,017.5m at 31
December 2012 compared with CHF 1,069.2m for the same period in 2011, a decline of 4.8% at current exchange rates or 8.8% in constant currencies.
Activity levels in the second half of the year were weaker compared with the equivalent period in
2011, with consolidated revenue down 14.3% in constant currencies.
Consolidated turnover in the fourth quarter of 2012 was down 10.4% from the equivalent quarter of
2011 at constant exchange rates.
The UK and the Americas are still the Group's main business regions, contributing 35.4% and
28.6% of revenue respectively, against 36.0% and 28.3% at 31 December 2011. Asia accounted for 26.5% of revenue compared with 25.3% in 2011, while Continental Europe generated9.5% compared with 10.4% in the same period in 2011.
Since the beginning of 2013 the Group's consolidated revenue has remained stable compared with the same period last year.
