Community Bank System, Inc. (NYSE:CBU) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 2,697,000 shares. The repurchased shares will be used for general corporate purposes, including those related to stock plan activities.
The program is valid for 12 months from January 1, 2022.
