(Alliance News) - Cofle Spa announced Monday that it has bought back 3,964 shares at an average price of EUR5.3350 for a total consideration of EUR21,148.13.
As a result of these purchases, Cofle holds 48,984 treasury shares, or 0.8 percent of the share capital.
Cofle closed Monday in the red by 2.8 percent at EUR5.20 per share.
