On January 17, 2023, the Coeur Mining, Inc. (the "Company") completed the sale of 6,067,714 common shares of Victoria Gold Corp. (TSX:VGCX) ("VGC") at a price of C$9.00 per share, for gross proceeds of approximately C$54.6 million.
