The board of Australia-based wealth manager, ClearView Wealth Limited (ASX:CVW) has decided not to offer the firm for a takeover. After a strategic review process, the board has decided not to accept any bids after several parties took part in a due diligence process. The firm reasoned that it has not received any proposal that offered appropriate value for control of the company.
