The total number of stays managed by CleanBnB during the first nine months thus amounted to 75,088, up 53 percent from 49,194 during the same period in 2022.

As of September 30, there were 2,310 apartments managed throughout Italy, up 45 percent from December 31, 2022 when there were 1,597.

The third quarter of the year confirms the trend of continued growth in business compared to last year, with a total of 34,065 stays managed, up 51 percent from 22,611 stays in Q3 2022, and a gross booking volume of over EUR14.3 million up 49 percent from EUR9.6 million in Q3 2022.

"The results of the third quarter of the year thus confirm the picture of significant growth in the volume of CleanBnB's activities in 2023," the company's note reads, "the third quarter alone, in fact, weighed for almost half of the overall result of the first nine months of the year, both in terms of stays and gross bookings, confirming the typically seasonal trend of the company's activities, which are mostly concentrated in the second half of the year.

CleanBnB's stock closed Thursday 2.3 percent in the red at EUR1.08 per share.
