DATE OF BOARD MEETING

The board of directors (the "Board") of CK Life Sciences Int'l., (Holdings) Inc. (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board of the Company will be held in Hong Kong on Wednesday, 7th March, 2012, for the purpose of, among other matters, approving the release of the annual results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the financial year ended 31st December, 2011 and considering the payment of a final dividend.

In accordance with Rule A.3 of Appendix 10 to the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, the Directors of the Company are not allowed to deal in the securities of the Company from 7th January, 2012 to 7th March, 2012 (both days inclusive).
