TechCare : Appoints Osnat Philipp, Former Lumenis, P&G and Teva Pharmaceuticals Executive, as Chief Executive Officer of Novomic

(OTCQB: TECR), a technology company with a revolutionary delivery platform that uses vapor technology for natural health, wellness and beauty treatments, today announced that it appointed Osnat Philipp, former Lumenis, P&G and Teva Pharmaceuticals executive, as Chief Executive Officer of its wholly owned subsidiary, Novomic Ltd.

Philipp will manage Novomic's operations and activities while working closely with Zvi Yemini, Chairman of TechCare Corp.

Before joining Novomic, Philipp served as VP&GM Aesthetic BU at Lumenis; Global Franchise Leader for Rx/OTC Brands under PGT Healthcare, P&G Europe; and VP Commercial Operations at Teva Pharmaceuticals International and Teva Pharmaceuticals Asia.

Philipp holds a BA in Physics from Tel Aviv University, Bsc in Industrial Engineering from Ben Gurion University, MBA from Ben Gurion University and a diploma in Leadership and Strategy in Pharmaceuticals from Harvard Business School.

Philipp is a high impact, results-driven, global business leader with over 15 years' experience defining multiple product lines, market vision, strategy and its implementation in Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical companies.
