WELLSBORO, PA - Shelley D'Haene has been promoted to the position of Executive Vice President/Director of Alternate Delivery Channels at Citizens & Northern Bank. In her new position, D'Haene will shape the direction of alternative delivery channels for the bank and spearhead the financial institution's customer experience initiative.

A 12-year C&N employee, her previous positions include Internet Banking Coordinator and Cash Management Coordinator. Prior to that she worked for 17 years in the technology field for the Washtenaw Intermediate School District in Ann Arbor, MI.

She is a graduate of Williamson High School and Corning Community College and is an ACH Accredited Professional (AAP) and Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).

She attends Calvary United Methodist Church in Lawrenceville. D'Haene and her husband, Dirk, live in Lawrenceville and have two children.
