Ms Hua has been assisting the Group in overseeing all aspects of financial reporting and taxation, working closely with the CFO in Singapore and in China. She has at least 6 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting. The Board believes that Ms Hua has suitable experience to assume the new responsibilities.
