Subject: Publication dates of periodic reports in 2017 Legal basis: Article 56.1.2 of the Offering Act - current and periodic information

Pursuant to § 103 section 1 of the Finance Minister's regulation of 19 February 2009 regarding publication of current and periodic reports by issuers of securities and conditions under which reports legally required by non-member states are considered equivalent to same (hereafter referred to as "the Regulation"), the Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("the Company") hereby announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2017:

1. Periodic reports for 2016:

   • Separate and consolidated yearly reports for 2016: 31 March 2017;

2. Periodic reports for 2017:

   • Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2017: 24 May 2017;

   • Consolidated semiannual report for 1H 2017: 7 September 2017;

   • Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2017: 22 November 2017.

In accordance with § 101 section 2 of the Regulation the Company will notpublish a quarterly report for Q2 2017.

The Company further announces that in accordance with § 83 sections 1 and 3 the aforementioned consolidated quarterly and semiannual reports will include abridged versions of quarterly and semiannual financial reports for each of its subsidiaries. Accordingly, the Company will not publish separate quarterly reports or a separate semiannual report.
