First Asset Active Credit ETF announced distribution of $0.0458 per unit on FAO and $0.0458 per unit on FAO.U for the month ending January 31, 2015. The distribution will be paid on or before February 4, 2015, to unit holders of record on January 29, 2015. The ex-dividend date in each case is January 27, 2015.
