Metalabs Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A090370) agreed to acquire 29.99% stake in SMEDI Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A118000) from Chorokbaem Media Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A047820) for KRW49 billion on June 21, 2024. A cash consideration of KRW 49 billion will be paid by Metalabs Co., Ltd. As part of consideration, KRW 49 billion is paid towards common equity of SMEDI Co., Ltd. The expected completion of the transaction is August 5, 2024.
Metalabs Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 29.99% stake in SMEDI Co., Ltd. from Chorokbaem Media Co., Ltd. for KRW49 billion.
