DELAY IN DESPATCH OF THE CIRCULAR

Reference is made to the announcement of China Bright Culture Group (the "Company") dated 28 August 2020 (the "Announcement") in relation to the entering into of an Asset Management Agreement. Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

As disclosed in the Announcement, a circular containing, inter alia, (i) further details of the Asset Management Agreement and the AMTD Transaction; (ii) the financial and other information of the Group; and (iii) other information as required under the Listing Rules, is expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 17 September 2020. As additional time is required for the Company to prepare and finalize certain information in the circular, the despatch date of the Circular is expected to be postponed to a date falling on or before 19 October 2020.
