Slovenia Launches New Attempt to Sell 15.3% of Cetis

Slovenian Sovereign Holding, d.d. (SDH) said it is inviting binding bids for a 15.3% stake in CETIS, Graphic and Documentation Services, d.d. (LJSE:CETG). The stake is divided into 30,557 Cetis shares, as SDH holds 14,948 of them and the remaining 15,509 shares belong to state-owned pension and disability insurance fund manager KAD, SDH said in a statement. Interested bidders should submit their offers by November 13, 2020.
Cetis dd is a Slovenia-based company engaged in printing industry. It offers various solutions in the field of business communications through printed materials and other types of media. Its products are divided into four primary groups: Documents, such as passports, border transit passes, identity cards, telephone cards and safety labels, among others; Packaging, providing foil and paper wrappings as well as wrapping labels; Lottery games, including lottery and prize game tickets, as well as integrated systems for lottery companies, lottery ticket development and custom-made games; and Business communication systems, offering integrated solutions of direct mailing printed matter, forms, in the field of banking, insurance business, public administration, logistic and merchant systems. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated through nine subsidiaries in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia, Gabon and Bissau.
