CENTRIX BANK NAMED LEADING 504 PARTICIPANT BANK IN N.H. AND N.E. REGION BY U.S. SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

BEDFORD, New Hampshire (December 10, 2012) - Centrix Bank President/CEOJoseph B. Reilly announced today that the Bank was recognized as the "Leading 504 Participant Bank" in both New Hampshire and the New England Region by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).

Awarded to the lender that participated in the greatest number of 504 projects in New Hampshire, Centrix Bank was involved in 20 projects providing long-term financing. Additionally, the Bank was the leading 504 participant throughout the New England Region with a total of 23 projects totaling $11.6 million. This marks a major milestone in the Bank's 13-year history of serving the business community.
The SBA's 504 Loan Program offers financing for long-term fixed assets, including real estate and equipment for a period of up to 20 years.
