Cembra Money Bank AG announced that Rémy Schimmel will succeed Antoine Boublil, who stepped down to take on the same post at Credit Suisse Group's Swiss universal bank division. The company said on March 31 that it appointed Rémy Schimmel as CFO. He will succeed Antoine Boublil, who stepped down to take on the same post at Credit Suisse Group AG's Swiss universal bank division.

Schimmelwill take over as CFO by October 1, 2016, and will become a member of the bank's management board. Until Schimmel takes over, Haldun Kuru, head of controllership of Cembra since March 2011, will act as CFO on an interim basis. Schimmel has held the CFO role at Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc's Zurich-based Coutts & Co Ltd. since August 2014, Cembra noted.
