Castellum AB (OM:CAST) acquired Amasonen 3, Ambrosia 6, Blandaren 18, Dalkullan 19, Djäknen 7, Duvan 18 in Linköping from Fastighetsaktiebolaget Lilium for SEK 1.6 billion on January 18, 2019. In a related transaction, Castellum AB sold a portfolio of 20 properties in Sundsvall to Fastighetsaktiebolaget Lilium for SEK 3.5 billion. The consideration includes SEK 87 million related to costs and deferred taxes. The employees will be retained.
