Ascendas India Trust announced that Mr. Cavinder Bull has requested for early retirement from the Board as an Independent Director and Audit Committee Member, in view of his heavy work commitments which prevent him from attending meetings of the Board and the Audit Committee. Effective January 15, 2013. Mr. Bull was appointed as an Independent Director of Ascendas Property Fund Trustee Pte.
