Capita Group plc : RBS selects Capita to deliver and administer its Junior Stocks and Shares ISA

RBS has selected Capita's life and pensions business to deliver its online product platform and fulfil the administration for the bank's recently launched Junior Stocks and Shares ISA.

The ISA is available to RBS and NatWest customers and will be promoted as an online product. Capita will also provide support, via its award winning UK contact centre, to customers who want to invest in the product but do not have internet access, or require help completing their application forms.

RBS is keen to encourage responsible saving among its customers, and the best way to do that is to ensure that its Junior Stocks and Shares ISA is a product that is easy to apply for and easy to manage," said Steve Parkinson, managing director, financial services, strategy and development, Capita."The delivery and policy administration will be underpinned by our Elixir software platform, delivered in conjunction with Mastek Ltd."
