On January 22, 2019, Cambridge Bancorp's Board of Directors declared an increased quarterly cash dividend of $0.51 per share, which is payable on February 21, 2019 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 7, 2019. This represents an increase of $0.01 as compared to the $0.50 dividend paid in the prior quarter.
