Business Coach Inc operates human resources development business centered on business coaching, and provides business coaching to support productivity improvement of people and organizations. The Company supports behavior change to achieve individual business goals. Business coaching is basically a one-on-one service, in which one coach provides coaching to one client. The goal is to help the client realize the intentions, ideas, abilities and others that are in the client and draw out the behavioral changes that the client needs to become a habit, take root, and achieve results. In 1-on-1 coaching, managers, who are coaching targets, support the growth of subordinates or juniors and achieve goals through two-way relationships with subordinates or juniors in 1on1 meetings. The Company conducts the communicate to help solve problems and facilitate skill development.
