Bulgarian Stock Exchange : Information about members of BSE

In connection with the upcoming Biodit AD Initial Public Offering on 21 January 2021 through the T7 trading system, we would like to inform you that the temporary issue of shares with the assigned BSE code BDT1 is available in the BGI0 - BEAM IPO group of instruments. Please note, that to place IPO auction orders, the Xetra T7 system administrator must first grant brokers, including DMA users, who will participate in the auction, the rights to trade instruments available on the BEAM market in a real environment. Accordingly, the administrator should log into T7 Admin GUI Production > User Maintenance, select Modify this User and in step 3. On-Exch Roles mark the instruments in the BEAM market, particularly BGI0 - BEAM IPO.

The auction will take place as follows:
- Pre-trade phase - from 9:30 until 11:00. During the pre-trade phase, buy orders can be entered, modified and withdrawn.
- Call phase - from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. During the call phase, information about the indicative price, executable volume and surplus will not be displayed. Purchase orders can be entered, modified and withdrawn.
- Freeze phase - at 2:00 pm, as all orders outside the price range (in this case, the fixed price of BGN 1.00) will be ex officio deleted by the Exchange. The freeze phase will occur after manual intervention on the part of the Exchange.
- Price determination phase - all concluded trades will be at the same price, which following the terms of the initial public offering in the document for the admission of the issuer is BGN 1.00.
After the end of the auction, the trades report will be generated automatically.

In the auction may be included orders submitted through the trading platforms of the investment intermediaries if the necessary settings have been made.
