BULGARIAN STOCK EXCHANGE AD The extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage AD held on 15 January 2021 has adopted a decision for the distribution of a 6-month dividend for the first half of 2020 as follows:
- Gross dividend per a preferred share: BGN 0.30
- Dividend payout starting date: 03 February 2021
- Dividends will be paid out via the Central Depository and International Asset Bank.
The right to a dividend will be entitled to all shareholders registered with the central securities register on the 14th day following the EGM date, i.e. by 29 January 2021 (Record Date).
The final date for transacting shares of this company on the Exchange, as a result of which the holder will be entitled to receive a dividend, will be 27 January 2021 (Ex Dividend Date: 28 January 2021).
