BTS Group AB Announces Establishment of New Venture in Argentina; Appoints Alberto Franichevich as Director to its New Venture

BTS Group AB announced on July 31, 2017 that it has reached an agreement with Alberto Franichevich, a professor at IAE Business School to open a business venture in Argentina. This new company will be majority owned by BTS, while Franichevich will own a minority share. This newly created entity will be focused on the Argentina market and offer a range of the BTS services to new local as well as global clients, thereby strengthening the Latin American franchise of BTS.
Reportedly, Franichevich has agreed to remain as a director of the venture until 2022, when BTS has committed to acquire the remaining shares in the company at a performance based price. BTS Argentina will be consolidated as of 1 September 2017.
