SEBI vide its order no. WTM/ASB/MIRSD/MIRSD2/23299/2022-23 dated January 31, 2023, has inter-alia issued following directions:<_o3a_p>

<_o3a_p>

• The Noticees 2 to 11 are hereby prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities market in any manner whatsoever and are further restrained from being associated with a registered intermediary in any manner for a period of one year from the date of this order.<_o3a_p>

<_o3a_p>

• The proceedings against the Noticees 12 to 20 are hereby disposed of.<_o3a_p>

<_o3a_p>

• If the Noticees 2 to 11 have any open position in any exchange traded derivative contracts, as on the date of the order, they can close out / square off such open positions within 3 months from the date of this order or at the expiry of such contracts, whichever is earlier. The Noticees 2 to 11 are, however, permitted to settle the pay-in and pay-out obligations in respect of transactions, if any, which have taken place before the close of trading on the date of this order.<_o3a_p>

This Order is effective from the date of the order.<_o3a_p>
