The unaudited net asset value per D Share, after providing for the remainingestimated costs ofliquidating the Company and of running the Company until the appointment of theliquidator,as at the close of business on 19 July 2013 was 54.81p. The net asset value includes current financial year revenue items. The investments in the D Class Fund have been valued on a bid price basis and 5,415,656 D Shares used in the above calculations.
