Colony Credit Real Estate, Inc. announced that the company’s Board of Directors has declared its monthly cash dividend of $0.145 per share of class A and class B-3 common stock (the “Common Stock”) for the monthly period ended January 31, 2019. The Common Stock dividend will be paid on February 11, 2019, to stockholders of record on January 31, 2019.

The Company is focused on originating, acquiring, financing and managing a diversified portfolio, consisting primarily of CRE debt investments and net leased properties predominantly in the United States.
