Bright Dairy & Food Co Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in the development, production and sale of various dairy products. The Company primarily operates its businesses through three segments. The Liquid Milk segment mainly produces and sells liquid milk products such as fresh milk and room temperature white milk. The Other Dairy Products segment produces and sells fresh yogurt, room temperature yogurt, lactic acid bacteria drinks, cold drinks, infant and middle-aged milk powder, cheese, butter and other dairy products. The Animal Husbandry segment is engaged in the production and sale of animal husbandry products such as feed. The Company is also engaged in dairy cow breeding, cultivation, logistics and distribution and other business. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets.
