Board Changes

Bridge, the Oslo Børs and AIM listed oil and gas exploration and production company (OSE: BRIDGE/ AIM: BRDG.L), is pleased to announce that Caroline Brown has been appointed as a Board Member of the Group with immediate effect.

Dr Brown has 12 years' experience managing global finance functions and as a director of public and private companies, including Petrofac Energy Developments and Gulf Keystone Petroleum, plus 14 years as a corporate finance advisor to the energy sector with banks including Merrill Lynch, UBS and HSBC. She is also an experienced non-executive director and has chaired the audit committees of WSP Group plc and Mirland Development Corporation plc.  Dr Brown holds a First Class degree and PhD in Chemistry from the University of Cambridge, an MBA in Finance from the Cass Business School and is a qualified accountant and Chartered Director.

Other than the information detailed in this announcement and as set out below, there is no further information required to be disclosed under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
