Boulevard Holdings, Inc. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended August 31, 2018. For the quarter, the company reported gross revenues of PHP 7,153,183 compared to PHP 19,872,191 a year ago. Loss before tax was PHP 6,776,802 compared to PHP 1,298,472 a year ago. Net loss was PHP 6,865,817 compared to PHP 1,818,393 a year ago. Basic loss per share for the year attributable to equity holders of the Parent was PHP 0.00047 compared to PHP 0.00012 a year ago.
Boulevard Holdings, Inc. is a Philippines-based company, which primarily invests in, purchases, or otherwise acquires and owns, holds, uses, develops, sells, assigns, among others, real and personal property of every kind and description. The Company and its subsidiaries have investments in operations involved in the development of leisure, hotel and tourist estates, as well as residential and office condominiums, operation and management of hotels and resorts, travel related and other allied businesses and services in the Philippines and abroad. The Company operates through two segments: hospitality and leisure, and investment holding.
