From April 11, 2024 to May 25, 2024, the company has repurchased 17,106,016 shares, for CNY 0.000001 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 17,106,016 shares, for CNY 0.000001 million under the buyback announced on April 12, 2024.
BOSUN Co., Ltd., formerly BOSUN TOOLS CO., LTD., is principally engaged in the production and sales of diamond tools, electric power tools and alloy tools. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Diamond Tools segment mainly includes diamond circular saw blades, diamond engineering thin wall drills, diamond grinding plates, diamond cutters, tile processing tools and others. The Electric Power Tools segment primarily includes angle grinders, grinding machines, rotary hammers, engineering drills, saw machine and others. The Alloy Tools segment mainly includes hard alloy circular saw blades and carbide cutters. The Company is also engaged in the research and development, manufacture and sales of coated abrasive products. Its coated abrasive products mainly include sandpaper and sandcloth. It is also engaged in rail transit equipment parts business. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
