Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund (TSX:BPF.UN) announces a share repurchase program. Under the Normal Course Issuer Bid, the company will repurchase up to 400,000 units of the Fund, representing 1.86% of its issued share capital. The repurchased units will be cancelled.

The company intends to finance the repurchases under the NCIB from cash on hand. The purpose of the program is to enhance Unitholder value. The bid will expire on June 19, 2024.

As of June 15, 2023, the company had 21,521,463 shares in issue.
