Thursday, July 25, 2024 ('the Plant Visit'). The Plant Visit is being organized considering the requests from the shareholders.

A communication in this regard, informing the Shareholders about the Plant Visit and seeking confirmation about their interest to participate in the visit, have been sent to all the shareholders whose e-mail IDs are registered with the Company or Depository Participant(s) as of Friday, June 21, 2024.

The contents of the above communication to the Shareholders of the Company are enclosed herewith. The Exchange is requested to take the same on record.

Shareholders' Plant Visit 2024

Bidadi Plant, Karnataka

Dear Shareholders,

We hope this letter finds you in good health.

At the outset, we would like to express our gratitude to you all for the continued support and confidence reposed in Bosch Limited.

As promised in your company's 71st Annual General Meeting held on August 01, 2023, we are pleased to invite you for a plant visit at our Bidadi Plant No. 42, II-Phase, Sector-2,KIADB Industrial Area,

Shanumangala, Bidadi Hobli, Ramanagara District - 562109.

The details about the scheduled visit are as under:

1. Date: 25.07.2024, Thursday
2. Transportation facility: Your Company is pleased to provide pick-up and drop shuttle service to reach the Bidadi Plant comfortably. Details are as below:

3. Those who	wish to	participate may	send	a	request/confirmation	by email

to [e-mail] including your name, demat account number / folio number, email id, and mobile number under the subject line "Factory Visit - Bosch Limited - Bidadi Plant visit" on or before July 12, 2024(Friday), to enable us to make suitable arrangements.

1. The confirmation received after that date shall not be considered for selection. We look forward for your confirmation before the aforementioned date.
2. Registered shareholders of the Company as of Friday, June 21, 2024, shall be entitled to receive the invitation for the plant visit.
3. Members who wish to come directly to the Bidadi Plant may kindly reach by 11.00 A.M at Bosch Ltd,
   No. 42, II-Phase,Sector-2, KIADB Industrial Area, Shanumangala, Bidadi Hobli, Ramanagara District - 562109. Parking facility will be made available on a first-cum, first-servedbasis until the parking area is fully occupied.

1. The visiting shareholders are requested to carry their own medicines and other essentials, if any, as prescribed by your medical practitioner.
2. Other Terms and Conditions:
3. 1. Only limited number of Members will be allowed due to capacity constraints and therefore will be on 'first cum first serve' basis. Only those who have registered prior (as above) would be considered for factory visit. Any other individuals, including relatives and acquaintances accompanying members, would not be permitted. Decision of the Company on selection of any member shall be final.
   2. During factory visit, you would be required to follow, all safety instructions given by the Company officials.
   3. Photography is strictly prohibited.
   4. Members are mandatorily required to wear covered footwear to enter the factory.
   5. Members are strictly required to adhere to designated areas within the factory premises and refrain from moving elsewhere.
   6. The purpose of this plant visit is purely educational and in the interest of the Members of the Company.
   7. The Company will not re-imburse any expenses incurred by any shareholder for the visit. As mentioned above, transportation facility is being made from the Registered/Corporate office to the Plant and drop back to the Registered/Corporate Office, Adugodi, Bengaluru.
   8. The shareholders shall not be allowed to renounce the selection in favor of another Shareholder / or any other person. Also, the shareholders are not allowed to bring accompanying person even on their own cost.
   9. Only one shareholder from joint shareholders would be eligible for the plant visit.
   10. Infants/children are not allowed.

The Plant visit is expected to be completed by ~14.00hrs on 25th July 2024 and buses will depart to Company's registered office Adugodi, Bengaluru,560030 from the Bidadi Manufacturing facility.
