Dear Sir/Madam,
Sub: Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - Intimation of meeting of Board of Directors and Trading Window closure.
In terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, inter- alia, to consider and approve, un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024.
In terms of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall be closed from July 1, 2024, to August 8, 2024 (both days inclusive).
The Exchange is requested to take the same on record.
