Boralex announces the appointment of Jean-François Petit as Senior Vice

President, Development, Europe

Paris (France), June 5, 2024 - Boralex inc. ("Boralex" or the "Corporation") (TSX : BLX) announce the appointment of Jean-François Petit as Senior Vice President Development, Europe, effective June 17, 2024.

Jean-François Petit joins the European Management Committee in charge of development at Boralex, a pioneer in renewable energy and the leading independent producer of onshore wind power in France.

With over 25 years' experience, including 20+ years in management positions, Jean-François has a solid track record in the renewable energy sector. From 2004 to 2024, Jean-François worked for RES Group as Director of Development in France, Director of New Technologies Europe and then Deputy Managing Director. In 2019 he became Managing Director of RES SAS, becoming Q Energy France in 2021.
