CREWE/LONDON (dpa-AFX) - British luxury carmakers Bentley and Rolls-Royce delivered a record number of their vehicles last year. Bentley sold 15,174 cars, four percent more than the year before, the VW subsidiary announced Tuesday. According to the report, the Bentayga SUV model was most in demand, accounting for 42 percent of sales. The Bentley Flying Spur, which is also offered as a hybrid vehicle, was sold as a hybrid in two-thirds of cases in the U.K. - the proportion was lower in other countries.
