Your attention is drawn to the provision of the deed of pledge and cession in securitatem debiti ("the pledge") of securities concluded between yourself and Investec Private Bank, a division of Investec Bank Limited ("Investec") stating that the terms of the pledge shall apply to any securities delivered into the account. Further to the terms of the pledge, this Contract Note evidences your agreement to the pledge and cession in securitatem debiti of each security listed above that is the subject of a BUY transaction. Accordingly, such securities, shall, with effect from the settlement date of each such transaction, be pledged and ceded in securitatem debiti to Investec. Similarly, any security listed above that is the subject of a SELL transaction shall, once withdrawn from the account, no longer be subject to the pledge. For the avoidance of doubt, any securities remaining in the account and not withdrawn shall remain subject to the pledge.
