Blackhawk Bancorp : Bank Announces Internal Promotions for 2022 (March 21, 2022)

March 21, 2022 (Beloit, WI) - Blackhawk Bank announced several internal promotions, continuing their commitment to grow talent within their organization. In January, the Bank promoted four members of their staff.

Greg Lundquist was promoted to Vice President Business Banking

Greg has been with Blackhawk Bank since 2013, starting off as a Mortgage Planner and has moved through the ranks. As the Vice President of Business Banking, Greg works with customers to manage portfolios and assist business clients with their needs. "Since joining Blackhawk, Greg has shown that he is dedicated to the Bank, as well as client success," says Dave Adkins, President and CEO of Blackhawk Bank. "He is truly a significant member of the Blackhawk team and has earned this promotion."

Andrew Reed was promoted to Vice President - Regional Banking Center Manager

Andy joined Blackhawk Bank in 2020 as AVP - Regional Banking Center Manager for the North Region. Today, he oversees Retail activity for the Roscoe, Beloit Main, Beloit East and Janesville branches, enthusiastically working with his team to create a positive client experience. Becca Johns was promoted to AVP - Personal Banking Officer

Becca joined Blackhawk Bank in 2014, and currently works with the Rockford Perryville Banking Center to create a unique and positive client experience. Lorianne Robertson was promoted to AVP Senior Marketing Specialist

Lorianne joined Blackhawk in 2017 as a Marketing Assistant. She was promoted to Marketing Specialist in 2018 and Senior Marketing Specialist in 2020. Currently, she helps execute marketing efforts for the Bank and is the Facilitator of Blackhawk Banks Leadership Academy program. Stephanie Meier, SVP Marketing & Communications, says "Lorianne has played a crucial role not only within the Marketing department, but the Bank as whole," She continues. Alex Meyer was promoted to Vice President Mortgage Technology

Alex Meyer joined Blackhawk Bank in 2017 as a Mortgage Planner. Today, Alex helps manage the technology utilized by the mortgage department, implementing, testing, and working with partners to adopt new technology. Tammy Zurfluh, SVP Mortgage Banking, says "Alex has become a great asset and resource for the entire mortgage department. He has helped us increase efficiencies and profitability, and we are proud to have him on our team."

Kaitlyn Jones was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Relationship Manager Associate

Kaitlyn joined Blackhawk Bank in 2016, starting off as a teller and working her way up. In a very short period of time Kaitlyn has proven herself to be a tremendous asset to the commercial banking team, as she has worked on various department projects, including the SBA PPP forgiveness imitative. "Since joining Blackhawk, Kaitlyn has proven to be a dedicated team member," says Andrew Williams, Senior Vice President & Senior Lender Business Banking.
